While in town filming Men in Black IIIWill Smith is renting a 7,326-square-foot, fourth-floor condo in New York  that had been listed for sale by Sotheby’s International at $19.5 million for nearly two years, according to the New York Post.

The five-bedroom, 6.5 bath at 25 Bond St. in NoHo sprawls across the entire fourth floor of the eight-floor building with only nine units, including a triplex and a duplex, each with a private rooftop pool, reported theNew York Times.

The unit, with two balconies and four fireplaces, according to the Observer, had been up for rent for $55,000 per month, according to Curbed NY

Chad Butler, better known as Pimp C, was an American rapper, singer, and producer. He was one half of legendary hip hop duo UGK, along with Bun B inventors of the word TRILL!

Pimp C died on December 4, 2007. He was found dead in a hotel room in Los Angeles, CA

2011 Grammy Nominations were announced yesterday, and Hip-Hop showed its dominance in music this year.

Eminem lead the nominations with ten different categories, including, Song of The year, Album Of The Year, and Record of the Year.

Roc Nation also was well represented as Bruno Mars raked in seven nominations, while Jay-Z kept his Grammy track record going by grabbing six nominations.

B.O.B got five noms with his breakout album “The Adventures Of Bobby Ray,” while Cee-Lo and The Roots received four nominations this year.
