At its monthly meeting on Thursday, the Nevada State Athletic Commission approved a promoters license for 50 Cent and assigned officials for the fourth fight between Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez, who meet in a welterweight showdown on Dec. 8 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Former Floyd associate Tommy Summers, A.K.A. Tommy Smalls, reached out to the boxing champion while he was incarcerated and tried to convince him that his longtime adviser, Al Haymon, had cut deals behind his back to hold fights at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas costing Floyd millions of dollars in the process.
