Microsoft’s Steve Ballmer Earns Close To $1 Billion Off Retirement
Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer is retiring within the next 12 months. With this retirement comes a huge cash out of Microsoft stock. SPCapitalIQ says that Ballmer owns 333 million shares of Microsoft stock. If he is to exercise this options he’ll net a cool $840 million.
As of March 2013, Forbes reports his net worth as $15.2 billion.
Sheryl Sandberg sells $91 million of Facebook stock
The Facebook (FB) chief operating officer and author of “Lean In” sold nearly 2.4 million shares of the social network’s stock last week at an average price of $38 per share, according to a regulatory filing.
It amounts to about $91 million.

Facebook Stock Hits All Time Low
Facebook stock, which traded at $38 during its May IPO, has plummeted to an all-time low of $18.28.
For Facebook employees who have shares locked up, November can’t get here fast enough. That’s when they’ll be able to sell off their Facebook stock, although who knows what their shares will be worth by then. BMO Capital Markets analyst Daniel Salmon is predicting that shares will have dropped to a flimsy $15 by November.
