Kanye West purchases two Dartz Prombrons ($1.2 million each) bomb/grenade proofed SUVs. Unnamed sources told U.K.’s The Daily Star recently that West dropped around $400,000 USD on a Mercedes-Benz G-Class based DARTZ Prombron Iron Diamond Armored SUV. However, to make it “even more resistant” to bullets, bombs, carjacks and kidnap attempts, West tagged on an additional $800,000 USD in customization.

According to Billboard, Jay-Z’s recent song “Glory,” which featured a recordIng of his daughter Blue Ivy’s first moments after birth, entered the Billboard Hip Hop/R&B charts at No. 74 this weekend. As a result, the daughter of the Roc Nation impresario, who is credited as B.I.C. on the song, became the youngest person to ever be featured on the Billboard charts only 48 hours after her birth.
Kim Kardashian (former Mrs. Kris Humphries) is being paid an estimated $600,000 to appear at Tao (Venetian) in Las Vegas for NYE 2011.
Also in Las Vegas, Black Eyed Pea Fergie is earning about $100,000 for playing the new 1Oak at the Mirage Hotel and Casino, reports The New York Post.

The New York post pinned Kim’s earnings from the wedding at $17.9 million, a figure derived from adding up her various sponsorship deals and freebies. That’s overly simplistic, given the amount she’d have had to shell out to various agents for their cuts. But this is a woman who made $12 million the year before her wedding extravaganza and charged $2,500 entry to her birthday party. Using the $17.9 million figure as a crude estimate, Kim raked in just under $250,000 a day, and over $10,000 an hour, for her 72-day marriage.
