Australian 100 meter hurdler Michelle Jenneke caught a lot of people’s attention at the World Junior Championship in Barcelona last weekend.

A video of her routine has gone viral and has been viewed over 10 million times on youtube.

Jenneke won her first heat, but didn’t make the final cut to the 2012 Olympics after finishing fifth overall. She has however received an offer to pose nude from the website Sex.com.

Ms. Melodie, ex-wife of KRS-ONE and a prominent member of the Boogie Down Productions crew, passed away today according to sources.

Ms. Melodie, born Ramona Parker, was a member of the influential Boogie Down Productions crew and released her first album, Diva, in 1989 on Jive Records.

Her most memorable performance was on the 1989 single “Self Destruction” and she also has a cameo in Queen Latifah’s video “Ladies First.”

Ms. Melodie was a native of Brooklyn, NY and is survived by two sons.

Chinese e-commerce site Alibaba has bought half of Yahoo’s stake in the company — 20% of Alibaba’s shares — back from Yahoo for $7.1 billion.

Under the terms of the agreement, Yahoo will sell half its stake in Alibaba for at least $6.3 billion in cash and up to $800 million in new Alibaba preferred stock. Read More

E.L. James, the author of the wildly popular “50 Shades of Grey,” is riding high off the success of her erotic adult novel, pulling in a whopping $1.34 million a week from book sales.
The author has sold over 20 million books world wide, which she takes 7% of every $14 paperback sold and another 25% of every $10 ebook downloaded.
Entertainment Weekly took on the task of crunching the numbers and revealed that E.L. would be getting a $20 million check from her publisher come September.
